Barbados, an island nation in the Caribbean Sea, has several ports that play an important role in its economy and tourism. Here are some of the major ports in Barbados:

  1. Port of Bridgetown – This is the main port of Barbados, located in the capital, Bridgetown. The Port of Bridgetown serves both cruise ships and cargo vessels, playing a key role in trade and tourism.
  2. Port St. Charles – A small port on the northwest coast of Barbados that caters mainly to yachts and boats. It provides marina services as well as infrastructure for marine tourists.
  3. Port St. Michael – Another small port located in the northeast of the island. Port St. Michael is also used mainly for marine entertainment and fishing boats.
