- Port of Massawa: It is the country’s main port located on the Red Sea coast. The Port of Massawa is Eritrea’s main commercial port and handles a significant volume of foreign trade. - Port of Assab (Assab): Located on the southern coast of the Red Sea. It plays a key role in trade with neighbouring countries and supports economic ties in the region.
